Want to support my art, but are not sure how? You can commission me to work on a personal project! Below are ideas for art pieces I'd like to make at some point, with descriptions and references, that show the concept I have in mind. Often these sit on the back burner while I work on other things. I will probably get to these regardless to whether they receive a sponsor or not, but the support would help toward me being able to make cool stuff more often and have income to support myself. These are priced lower than my regular commissions.Note: These would basically be artistic liberty commissions, where I would have full creative control but you would get the full sized unwatermarked png at the end, just like any other commissioner! 🔶 Ling as Sailor Mars- $150

As the title says, my character Ling cosplaying as Sailor Mars! Not sure what iteration of her Sailor Fuku I'll choose yet, but leaning towards the Eternal version (the last image) . I would pick an appropriate pose ref (Probably from AdorkaStock), as I'd like have her using one of Mars' attacks. Textured/Simple Background.

🔸ContentI can draw/paint animals, anthropomorphic/fantasy creatures and humans/humanoids (although I find the latter a bit more challenging).I will not handle depiction of illegal activities, sexually explicit (x-rated) materials, hateful images, or trademarked characters without permission from trademark holder. Non-explicit fetish, artistic nudity, violence, gore, and humorously offensive work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason, without explanation.🔸ProcessDisplayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, and scale of each individual piece.I work best when given a moderate amount of artistic freedom and when provided with clear and concise visual references of your character/idea. I can also work with a text description if necessary. (I welcome clients to provide me with their own drawings, even if it’s just stick figures, to get the idea across.)Depending on the type of commission and/or unless otherwise noted I will provide a few (2-3) thumbnails/gestures for you to choose from and for me to work off of. I will then refine the drawing and provide a clean sketch. At this stage you will have the opportunity to request minor changes to the sketch, especially if I have forgotten any details of your character that were clearly listed on your references, mentioned on the request form or in an email.Major revisions that diverge from the your original commission description/references and refined thumbnail (such as composition, color and background may increase the length of time a commissions takes, and will incur a rework fee.Please Note:--Your Character Here (YCH) commissions are YGWYS (you get what you see), with some room for alteration to better fit the character in the space/composition, at my discretion.--Minor revisions for YCHs will be allowed after the commission is complete, but only if I have missed a vital detail(s) of your character that were clearly listed on your references, mentioned on the request form or in an email.--Sponsored commissions are complete artist freedom, and thus will not be subject for revisions.Critiques and redline corrections for commissions above $140 are welcomed to ensure the best result. Commissions under $140 are considered small works, thus revised sketches are not factored into the price.I reserves the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or style preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring/rendering style, etc.) or if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.*I do my best to accurately depict your character’s design. But if you are extremely particular about small details, anatomical features of fantasy animals/creatures, or coloring/rendering style then I may not the best artist for your needs. *(For best results I recommend familiarizing yourself my body of work and considering my strengths before ordering a commission. While I’m fine with a certain level of challenge, it’s best that it fall somewhere within my established skill set.)I reserve the right to recycle sketches/preparatory works/concepts that remain unused from your commission for other commissions (including “your character here” types of commissions) or personal works and projects.🔸CommunicationCorrespondence about commissions between the Client and Artist will take place solely through [email protected] (or VGen, if applicable) for the purpose of record-keeping and consolidation. I will not discuss commissions with a Client using personal note, instant messenger, or public forum. (It’s fine if you approach me for a commission this way, but once I agree to take your commission I will then move our communications to Email. (If on VGen all communication will take place there)Wait times vary depending on the type of commission, communication response from you, and other factors. I will provide updates when necessary. Please reach out of you need any assurance or reminders, or have any questions, within reason. I also encourage you to check the public queue for the status of your commission. I will make public updates via Bluesky (dekeve.bsky.social)If you have a set deadline in mind, you must specify at the time of your request so I can decide if it's possible to complete your commission with in the time frame requested.🔸Payment and RefundsPayments must be made in full within 7 days of invoice before any work is started. Payment plans are available for commissions greater than $260 and also must be paid in full before any work is started.If you request a cancellation for your commission before any work begins, I will refund 100% of the original commission payment.If you request a cancellation for sketch commissions, a 50% refund of original payment will be issued during the thumbnail/gesture stage. No refund will be issued once refinement has started or after the commission is complete.If you request a cancellation for any color commissions (excluding sketch commissions), a 50% refund of original payment will be issued during the thumbnail or refinement stage. No refund will be issued once the flat colors have been approved, during the rendering stage or after the commission is complete.If I cancel the commission, 100% of the original commission payment will be refunded, for piece(s) that have not been completed.I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate in clear/effective English.🔸Copyright, Use and DistributionI retain ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, and to alter the commissioned work to make it more generic for print at my discretion. Full copyright transfer can be negotiated for an added fee (2-3x the base price, depending on the application).I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift I may delay public showcase at your request.You retain all rights to your respective characters. This does not allow rights to the commissioned image.You may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing (traditional media, not digital). This includes the sale of the digital files, rights to the image, minting Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), use in Blockchain technology or use in Generative AI.You may not use the artwork in any form with/for Generative AI. This includes database training as well as editing using AI software.You may create up to three prints for personal use (display in their home or as gifts). You may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself.You may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery accompanied by a credit line to the Artist, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork. (The only exception to the unwatermarked rule is icons, but only when they are uploaded to be used for that purpose)The Client (you) must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist.
